The Member Policy is to appreciate loyal customers and create incentives for customers to continue shopping at the store.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all customers who purchase at the store.

Member Tiers

The store has 3 member tiers as follows:

• Golden Tier: Customers accumulate enough VND 7,000,000 within 1 year (1/1 – 31/12)
• Platinum Tier: Customers accumulate enough VND 12,000,000 within 1 year (1/1 – 31/12)
• Diamond Tier: Customers accumulate enough VND 20,000,000 within 1 year (1/1 – 31/12)

Member Benefits

• Golden Tier:
  • Get 5% discount for the next purchase invoice
• Platinum Tier:
  • Get 10% discount for the next purchase invoice
• Diamond Tier:
  • Get 18% discount for the next purchase invoice

Other Terms

• Point accumulation will be calculated based on the final payment value on the receipt or purchase invoice.
• The direct discount benefit on the invoice of the member will not be applied in conjunction with any other promotion program of the store.
• The store has the right to change or adjust this member policy without prior notice.
